This is a Leadership Coaching program that includes the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment (named one of Forbes top assessments for every executive), a personalized ELI debrief, 6 Group Coaching sessions and 2 1:1 coaching sessions.
The ELI Assessment is the personalized leadership “checkup”. It helps you identify where you are right now, uncover energy drainers and show you how to shift into higher, more productive energy states.
